Terms of Service

Effective Date: 8 July 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application operated by Abdelrahman Abdelsattar ("we", "our", or "us"). By using NTMY, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using NTMY, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to use the service in your jurisdiction.
• You are using NTMY for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Description of Service

NTMY offers a daily question and answer experience designed for couples. Each user is connected to their partner and can view only their partner’s answers.

Some features are free, while others require a subscription (see Section 5).

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account with a valid email address, password, and nickname.
• You may optionally upload a photo.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to your QnA answers. These answers are visible only to your linked partner and are never shared with other users.

You must submit content that is not:

• Abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Sexually explicit or offensive
• Illegal or infringing upon others’ rights

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• NTMY includes a freemium model with optional paid features.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple and Google Play.
• Payments are processed via Revenuecat, using native in-app purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your App Store account.
• No trial or refund policy is offered at this time.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via NTMY. This will delete all your data permanently.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality of NTMY (excluding user-generated content) is the property of Abdelrahman Abdelsattar. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

NTMY is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of NTMY.

We are not responsible for:

• Partner behavior or responses
• Any emotional or psychological effects resulting from QnA participation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages arising from use of NTMY.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to German jurisdiction.
